Although we do not offer refunds, each product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects, and to function 100% as intended. If you ever have a problem with any Patriot Bars product, contact us and we will make it right.
Please Note: Small chips, scratches or cosmetic blemishes in the powder coat or surface finish of the steel, are not considered manufacturer defects. Occasional, minor, surface imperfections are virtually unavoidable during the manufacturing process, and will not affect the performance and function of the equipment at all.
